Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join this successful team within one of the UK’s best-known multi-channel retailers. Working with the Reporting and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to web analytics in support of future plans and strategy. Through the implementation of Omniture, you will ensure best practice is followed and undertake routine analysis to provide presentations and arguments that drive the implementation of commercially focused incentives.

As the Website Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring all the site features and functionalities are correctly monitored, as well as identifying areas to improve. You will provide expert support to the multi-channel business and provide recommendations to assist with the development of customer experience.

To apply you must have solid analytical and problem solving skills, specifically with an inquisitive nature to always seek improvements. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate complex analysis into simple formats for presentations and recommendations. Extensive experience of Omniture would be advantageous.
