Established in 1996, this small, very smart and perfectly formed consultancy has earned an enviable reputation for leading the way in eCRM and digital strategy. Due to success and a recent restructure, they are now looking for a senior business development professional to join their talented team in Central London.
About the Role...
This is a great role for a bright and highly experienced business development person. You’d be selling an established, proven eCRM approach and consultancy services supported by a tried and tested new business generation activities, so very little lead generation here. This is fabulous opportunity to work closely with the MD on driving new business and for you to make some excellent money. Your new responsibilities will include:
• Networking with senior management from a broad range of prospects across sectors, at the company’s regular events and qualifying potential clients
• Working in partnership with prospects to fully understand and define their needs
• Creating effective bespoke proposals in response to clients’ needs
• Consultatively selling in fully accountable and affordable eCRM programmes.
About You…
• A consultative sales background and proven track record in optimising client revenues
• A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ambitious, bright, confident and comfortable speaking at a very senior level
• A highly motivated self-starter, able to work under pressure and think on their feet
• Creativity and tenacity to overcome challenges and deliver bespoke solutions
• An understanding of CRM and multi-channel technology is not essential but would be an advantage
