Description

As the Online Marketing/CRM Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and ROI through the online marketing strategy within your team whilst maintaining the highest customer service standards are met. You will co-ordinate with wider stakeholders such as PR/Marketing/In-store to ensure CRM and social media strategies are in sync within the company.
To apply you must have at least 5+ years experience in online marketing/CRM gained through a customer facing retail role. Proven experience of handling £1m+ budgets are essential and international experience is desirable. Most of all, you will need to be passionate about driving success and creating communications that will be loved by customers!
