This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join this fast growing Large Online Retailer. You will be leading a successful team generating a volume of product listings per month whilst ensuring there is a high standard for the on site content and the processes behind it.

As the Head of Ecommerce Production and Content, you will ensure:
• Monthly targets are met for new product listings
• Develop efficient systems and processes both in-house and with agencies to ensure listed product numbers are increased
• Work with category managers to ensure products have a high quality of information, targeted at the right audience
• Manage and motivate a large team of editors and producers
• Ensure consistency for graphic design tasks and web page improvements, focusing on changes which will improve user experience and increase conversion rates
• Oversee the production of new online stores
• Manage the development and creation of non-product listing content including buying guides and editorial content

To apply you must have:
• Significant experience in a content and web production leadership position, ideally at an online retailer
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Experience managing third-party content producers
• Advanced excel skills, preferably for the use of bulk content upload processes
• A track record of developing and improving processes
• Experience with using Content Management Systems
• Strong communications skills
