They have a fantastic customer base who love the offering and after significant growth over the past couple of years, now is the time to bring in a senior marketing person to take them to the next level. If you’ve been working for an exciting start up or niche online retailer - this could be you.
As the Marketing Manager you will be a key member of the company's senior management team and responsible for setting the marketing strategy and ensuring its successful execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and dynamic role in one of the UK’s most successful and growing online 'home' retailers.
About the role...
The main focus of this role is to create and execute a digital marketing plan to expand the reach and grow the online revenue. If you love creating, implementing , analysing and constantly improving the acquisition and retention channels then this could be your ideal next role.
• Experience and confidence to create a brilliant marketing plan to drive a significantly higher proportion of customer acquisition
• A creative, strategic role with a hands on, practical side
• Passionate about and driven by online analytics and data
• A love of social and search marketing.
• Manage the marketing strategy across all channels, web, catalogue & TV
• Able to manage the commercial revenue targets for online channels,
• Improve the effectiveness of offline data e.g. segmentation
• Work with the in-house merchandisers, owners and the technical team
Your responsibilities...
• PPC, SEO, Link Building, keyword strategy and copy
• Optimise and grow the affiliate relationships
• Improve the email campaigns working with the creative team
• Monitoring and tracking rankings, traffic and conversions for all organic search
• Experience of offline marketing and TV a plus
• Explore online partnerships and promotional opportunities
• Create and implement a Social media strategy
