Temporarily leading to Permanent position.
Tower Boots is a well-established Footwear Retailer in London with a growing online presence. As part of our expansion to other markets, we want to take in people for strategic positions.
We are urgently searching for an experienced and enthusiastic German Speaking Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service and support to our customers within a specified region. You will be using your outstanding communications skills in dealing with end users and will be working as part of in a highly talented and motivated team.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be working as part of our Customer Service Team, responsible for maximising profit for the company whilst offering support throughout all stages of the ordering process; your duties will be varied and interesting and will include:
*Dealing with customers over the phone, filling in for other colleagues when they are away
*Providing support via telephone and email by answering enquires in timely manner
*Sales administration: order entry, maintaining excellent accuracy, communicating shipping dates and delays to clients through liaison with logistics companies, escalation of problems when necessary;
*Liaising with internal contacts in order to service the customer efficiently (this will include checking stock levels or product details directly from our warehouse )
*Handling customer complaints, discounted pricing requests, clients on credit hold and shipping out product
*Develop an expertise in the products to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably internationally or for an international company is desired
*Fluency in written and spoken German in addition to English, other European languages would be a great benefit (French/Spanish/Italian).
*Experience using digital CRM would be a great asset but not essential
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills
