An exciting new opportunity is available as an Assistant User Experience Manager, focusing on the international side of our Leading Multi-Channel Retail client’s operations. You will support the User Experience Manager deliver an optimal customer experience across the international shopping platform by continuously improving ordering channels, websites and digital touch points.

Your key accountabilities in this role will include:
• Ensure optimal customer experience is delivered for the target audience across all customer touch points
• Work with agencies, business areas and IT to create, agree and sign off functional project requirements and deliver enhancements on time, in line with the continuous improvements programme
• Be directly responsible for the user experience of smaller enhancements and projects
• Research competitors and industry wide practice on multi-channel shopping behaviours
• Ensure high quality is maintained to ensure bugs are identified and removed prior to launch
• Analyse and understand the user experience through the use of analytics and reports to take action on opportunities

The skills required for this role are:
• Knowledge of multi-channel customer behaviours, tracking and research methods
• Ecommerce/User Experience across geographical territories/languages (advantageous)
• Working knowledge of web analytics
• Experience of A/B and/or multi-variant testing (advantageous)
• Previous experience working with external agencies (desirable)
• Competent user of analytics such as Omniture & Google Analytics
• Excellent knowledge of wire framing tools such as Visio, Omnigraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, and Axure
